If you are not satisfied with the purchase please return to us in original condition within 7 days. On receipt by us of the goods we will exchange them or provide a refund to the credit card from which the purchase was made. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, unless it is our error or the goods are damaged. Please use the ‘proof of posting service’ provided by the Post Office.

We try to keep the site updated with products that are in stock and dispatch within 1-4 working days. All products will be dispatched as soon as possible by second class post subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.
Occasionally items ordered may be out of stock if this happens we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to dispatch your order.
All deliveries will be made according to the carrier’s standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.
Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. If you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier.
