Very good with climb to cave with excellent views.
The cave climb would not be accessible to all.
Very quiet as November but probably be very busy in spring/ summer.

Thank you producing the book.
Disabled people enjoy the Peak District too!
Good that you’ve included the different types of access.

Thank you. I received my book in good condition and in time for the visit of a friend with a bad back who used to walk quite a lot but now has some difficulty as her back can become painful.

Our first walk was Redmires. At first she was dismayed when she saw the upwards slope and so we returned to the car. She reconsidered, mostly because of being a guest and not wanting me to drive further to a place that might also not be flat. We walked to Stanage Pole, with the help of a walking pole for her. She was pleased that she managed it and enjoyed the walk. I think we were lucky - she was having a good day back-wise.

But that first walk showed me a) that I had wrongly interpreted ‘miles without stiles’ / ‘access for all’ to mean Flat Walks and b) that I should try each walk myself in order to note how flat they are.

Thank you.
