Delivery information

You will receive an acknowledgement of your order within 24 hours.  All parcels are prepared by our team at Bakewell Visitor Centre and will then be taken to be despatched from our head office in Bakewell by Royal Mail first class post.

We are working hard to despatch all items within 5 working days and you should receive your order within  7- 10 days (please allow up to 14 days in December).   Please rest assured that your order is being looked after and will be on its way as soon as possible.

Charges are as follows: 

UK 

£1.50 for parking permit orders.  These are processed separately and do not qualify for free delivery.
£4.95 for orders for £49.99 and under 
Free postage for orders for £50 and above. (excluding parking permits).

Value of order (minus postage)
£1 - £19.99 =  First Class
£20 - £49 = Signed for
Value  £50+ =  Special Delivery.
