Who knows!!

My order has never been received and yet you have the cheek to ask me for a review. The customer service has been appalling when I have complained and the 2 days refund has now been a week and payment has not been refunded. I will never use this shop again and will be putting in a complaint as the refund has not been received. Stay clear!!

All our items are posted first class by Royal Mail and we apologise that you have not received the parcel and as the item was for a gift it was too late to send a replacement. The refund has been made and we apologise once again for any delay and inconvenience caused.

Ian was brilliant. I emailed him to ask if there would be any more stock coming in. He emailed me back very quickly to let me know that more was on order. When the stock arrived he emailed me again to let me know it was in, and then again to let me know that it had been dispatched. Brilliant service, thank you Ian.
